Programme Highlights

This is a joint seminar organized by the Fire Division and Building Services Division whose representatives attend regular FSD/AP Liaison Meeting.

In response to the concerns of processing time of statutory submission by the industry, FSD Officers will explain the approval process of general building plans (GBP) and subsequent FSI compliance inspections where common issues pertaining to GBP submission as well as provision of FSI will also be elaborated.  Other approval processes including enquiry, fire engineering report and DG licence submissions will also be detailed.

Prior registration is required.  For registration, please complete and return the attached Standard Reply Form via email to Ir Simon TSANG at hkiefevisit@gmail.com for all participants.  The organizers reserve the right to decline the application if no HKIE membership number is submitted.  All participants are required to bring along with their HKIE Membership Card for verification when attending the seminar.
